Providence Surgery Center requires you to make monthly payment in order to hold your account for six (6) months. At that time the balance of your bill is due.

Providence Surgery Center is a preferred provider for many insurances. However, to save you unexpected financial burden, we ask that you notify your insurance to preauthorize and verify eligibility for the procedure and for the procedure to be done at Providence Surgery Center. The insurance company can also tell you how much you have paid on your deductible and the amount to expect as your coinsurance.
