Providence Surgery Center was established in 1997 by local physicians and medical establishments to provide high quality and efficient outpatient care in an environment promoting the comfort and dignity of each patient. We provide non-emergent care for patients from a large geographical radius and are licensed by the State of Montana and certified by Medicare. Our medical staff includes physicians from various specialties such as
Pain Management, Orthopedics, ENT, Pediatric Dentistry, and Podiatry.

Providence Surgery Center’s normal business hours are 6:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday
with the exception of holidays.
