Providence Surgery Center was established in 1997 by local physicians and medical establishments; to provide high quality and efficient outpatient care in a warm and caring environment. We provide non-emergent care for patients throughout the Northwest region and are licensed by the State of Montana as well as certified by Medicare. Our medical staff includes physicians from various specialties such as Pain Management, Orthopedic, ENT, Dental, and Podiatry.

Providence Surgery Center’s normal business hours are 6:00am to 5:00pm, except for when Holidays’ are observed and weekends.

Coronavirus COVID-19

Providence Surgery Center strives to provide a safe and healthy environment for everyone.  Due to COVID-19, we have implemented additional screening processes for all staff, physicians and visitors.

To align with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , along with other federal, state, and local health recommendations, we ask that patients call their physician’s office to reschedule their surgery or procedure if they meet any of the following:

  1. Have upper respiratory symptoms including fever, cough, or shortness of breath within the past 14 days.  
  2. Have been in potential contact with a person known to have COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
  3. Have recently traveled to any high risk area Internationally or within the United States within the past 14 days.

It is required that all visitors accompanying patients meet the same health and travel requirements listed above.  

*Please note, only one adult companion will be allowed to accompany our patients as needed and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until we contact them.  Children will not be allowed in the center unless they are a patient.  A face covering or mask during your visit to Providence Surgery Center is required when entering.  To preserve surgical mask supply, please bring your own face covering or mask if possible.  We thank you for your cooperation.
